Richfield Public Library Reviews

From: LoReta j Karns | submitted: Jan 30, 2010
This library is very well stocked with a good variety for its size, however the hours are a joke! Fri and sat are the only days most older people can go and they are only open 4 hours! They could at lest stay open a full 6 hours! They would have much more people enjoying it. Also the upstairs staff are quite rude. Being very snippy when asked for help, and even telling people to just go away if they can't help themselves. I think a change in head librarian or management would make a whole world of difference. It is to small of a library to have bad people in charge, because then everyone thinks the place is a waste of time.
